Sound Bath, Breathing Exercises, and Mindfulness Meditations 3 hours
A Sound Bath Therapy experience for Large Groups of 51-100 participants focuses on relaxing and meditating with reverberating healing devices for wellness, including Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, aerophones (flute and didgeridoo) and idiophone instruments, such as a gong, chimes, rainstick, and rattles. This three-hour session includes Qigong breathing exercises and Mindfulness Meditations to retune and de-stress the body, mind, and spirit.
